Love the trike once I made my own repairs to it! Customer service was a nightmare- unresponsive. Horrific
Tip for consumers: The customer service was horrible - The auto start did not work, the seat hatch release did not work - once I got it open I found a broken battery cable that I replaced my self. The responses from the customer service department were unacceptable - I asked to speak with a manager on multiple occasions. They were a little more responsive once I copied Mega Motor parts on an email to the Consumer Protection agency.
Products used: I kept the scooter because the restocking fee was 25-35% of purchase price - not worth throw bad money after bad.
