After 16 sent emails, 6 weeks of waiting for a solution, a drone that has yet to fly, a faulty charger, 3 batteries destroyed via the dharger, a ccw motor that is not up to specs, and a tail light that doesn't work! I am told I have a small problem! Also that if i want a refund i must pay for shipping and tariff, in the same email they recommend I dont do this! I am beside myself! Now my problem is small!#*&%
