1, Not the best user interface compared to other services that I've used.
2, Shipping is crazy expensive. Printing is done in Malaysia of all places and there are custom issues to deal with as well.
3. There is zero customer service. You cannot talk to anyone. Everything is online help.
4. Use cheap vouchers to get you to "buy" and the completion date is shot and will expire and you get nothing.
5. Cheap voucher sounds great... BUT it quickly adds up and you end up paying a lot more. I bought 3 for $12 each and now I'm paying $44 more... Not a great deal.
6. Not a good experience and I WILL NOT USE AGAIN.
