“Waiting more than a month. Still don't have it”

I ordered my product on 11/23 and its 1/4 and I still don't have it. Well over a month. Shipping CLIMS it will take 7 days. I asked for a refund and they refuse. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AT ALL! AWFUL!
