This company is absolutely the worst at customer service and sales. Their staff are unable to communicate effectively. They do not deliver! THEY DO NOT LISTEN OR LOOK AT THE WRITTEN DOCUMENTS WHICH VALIDATED MY DISPUTE. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST AT CUSTOMER SERVICES. I would highly recommended TICKET MASTER AND VIVID SEATS.
I strongly recommended that you do not use this company. My account was compromised and tickets purchased without my consent or knowledge. I was not even in the country at the time of purchased. They shut the account down and then held my tickets hostage that were legitimately purchased. Fortunately, I had written email confirming the order and disputed through client services at Chase. They sell without delivery.
