Hello, I'm from Australia and I ordered City Beauty online on the 7th April 2021. Yes that's right a long time ago, I didn't receive my order.so I sent a msg and they said they would resend the product. Great! I waited and followed my order it didn't make it again, it went through to Victoria
This happened twice, I'd had it
I sent a msg saying I just wanted my money back.The customer care person said please let me try again? I thought this is just not going to work. But gave City Beauty one last chance. Today I received my order
