This website is the biggest scam. They falsely use the UGG name and send fake UGGs with an UGG tag. The quality is horrible. Then, when you don't like the item, you have to pay to ship it back to China. I received confirmation that they received my return over 5 weeks ago, but they have yet to process my refund. They keep saying "they have not received the merchandise", or "their refund department is having technical difficulties". I do not recomend shopping here. You are better off with Walmart fake UGGs - at least you can return them for credit or go ahead and splurge for the real ones, but don't be fooled by this website!
