I ordered from ASOS and they said they sent my order. I waited and waited and nothing came. I contacted the company and they said they were out of stock and would refund me. Why did I have to contact them to find out this information?! If I hadn't contacted them I wouldn't have gotten my items or a refund. I thinks that's super shady. I will never order from them again!
