TGIF is like having dinner with The Adam's Family!

TGIF Corporate and TGIF Franchise hires people that have no "Server" training, extremely dysfunctional that create abnormal atmospheres, TGIF is dark, very dark environment, they're hiring "Servers" that lack experience in the food business.

Executive Customer Service that lacks communication skills when they're talking to patrons that are calling to complain about their horrible experience at TGIF and the Executive Office customer service wants to know "WHAT DO YOU MEAN, BUT WHAT DO YOU MEAN?" This is the cancel culture on the other end of the phone.

Customer Service are putting this restaurant chain OUT OF BUSINESS.

Proper training and proper leadership is what made TGIF a huge success in the past, many moons ago, but, that successful policy doesn't exist anymore. This new generation of hirees is completely dysfunctional and unstable.

They don't have a clue how to communicate with NORMAL patrons NORMAL PATRONS at this restaurant.

HERE IS A HINT! Money is green, not white, black, brown, straight or gay, money is green and it pays investors and puts revenue BACK INTO THEIR POCKETS.

Green hair "should only" be worn as a costume on Halloween, it should not be worn as normal attire. The trend is over.

Go look into the mirror and ask yourself, why is my hair GREEN? Appearance has everything to do with being successful. And, it's a negative appearance on those that wear green hair. It's a failed trend!
Move on and change your appearance, dress for success.

First off TGIF should put the lights on, and clean the restaurant thoroughly! Make sure you supply a handful of napkins, and the proper drinks patrons ask for and order, get the order right, write it down, don't tell patrons you're an experienced bartender and you call GIN a Bourbon Whiskey, and, serve a rum and coke that tastes like soap. How do you serve dried out ribs with no Jack Daniels Sauce and leave patrons with nothing to drink through the entire meal. I think patrons deserve better. I'm sure all these complaints have fell on deaf ears! There is no manager, there is no leadership, there is no one to complain to, not one.

COMPLAIN TO WHO? There was no one in this dark empty restaurant to complain too! The writing is on the wall, TGIF can't stay in business without customers!
If you walk into an empty restaurant on a Saturday Night, this is a restaurant in financial trouble. I'm gonna call it! TGIF will be OUT OF BUSINESS in the near future! INVESTORS WILL CONTINUE TO PULL OUT! CANCEL CULTURE is going to destroy every corporation that hires them.

MONEY IS GREEN, it should not be your hair color.

We paid CASH, we do not have a receipt!

We paid $65.00 CASH!
We gave the server a $10.00 tip!
The service was horrible he didn't deserve a tip.
We should have walked out when we first walked in.

I DON'T WANT PEOPLE LIKE THIS TOUCHING MY FOOD!
