TGI Fridays

In Manila an "American" restaurant is usually not the same as the brand.
In this case, the service and food was superior to any Fridays visited in the USA!
Host/Hostess was always friendly, wait staff was always smiling and just made you feel welcomed and appreciated. They helped each other so food was hot and fresh.
After 8 visits in 3 weeks I never experienced a change, even when having different personnel working. Always saw a manager and an assistant
On every visit.

South County TGI Fridays stated it would be a 15 minute wait. After waiting 2 parties that arrive after us were seated, when we asked the host states they thought we were notified. Then sat us at a table that was open when we got there. After sitting there for a while and watching people get service that was seated after us we got up and left. No I understand why there were several TGI Fridays that closed!

We went to the Harry Potter Quiz. It was terrible. We could not understand the words because the restaurant was very noisy and the quiz master didn't use a screen. He missed a round and after we went out the door he was away on his motorbike. I would not recommend the barbecue chicken wings. They were so plain. They were flavoured like barbecue but it didn't taste like it. I would recommend the sweet and sour chicken wings.
Also the quiz questions were too hard and he should have used some of the many screens that surrounded the tables so we could understand the questions. One of the rules was no phones but one lady sat on her phone the whole time and was seen but not punished!

I went to Bensalem, PA TGI Fridays and everything was going OK until I made it home. I was throwing up all night long. I text my girlfriend the next day and she was doing the same thing. My husband went and talked to the manager the next day and her response was oh well. No apology, no sympathy, no sorry, no nothing. That is poor management. I was so disappointed in TGI Fridays any more there food is going down hill. I was there 2 weeks prior with very, very, very poor service and it was the same thing from management oh well.

I went with my daughter for lunch at TGI Fridays, Vestal, NY location. It wasn't very busy but our lunch took a very long time to come. My daughter was almost finished with her lunch before I received mine. I was about to say something when the manager came out and apologized and said that they were short staff and he upgraded my lunch to dinner portion and out total lunch with desert was free for the inconvenience. The food was great and everyone was extremely nice to us.

I walked into the bathroom and there were feces on the wall and floor. After i immediately left and started writing this review. I am absolutely infuriated, as a food connoisseur i am highly disappointed.

Fridays in quakertown has the worst bartender Kristen she was mean and rude and we wouldn't recommend going there at all I am 57 my wife 56 so seen our fair share of bars this one takes the cake bartender Kristen was more worried about taking care of her friends then paying customers and we are big tippers so her bad when ee asked her if there was some kind of problem before we we left she told us that we were Barking at her and she didn't appreciate it if you knew myself and my wife you would laugh as we are not capable of Barking at anyone so needless to say we won't be going back

I recently dined at TGI Fridays in Reading, and while I must commend the staff for their friendliness and helpful demeanor, I was profoundly disappointed with the quality of the food and beverages served. The meat portion served to me was not only disappointingly small, akin to what one might expect from a McDonald's Happy Meal, but its taste and texture were subpar, closely resembling cardboard in both aspects. This was a surprising letdown from what I anticipated in a meal from TGI Fridays.

Additionally, the Coke I ordered, which was not of the refillable variety to avoid the dilution issue common with those options, was far from satisfactory. My first sip revealed a beverage that tasted overwhelmingly of water, with only a faint hint of Coke, prompting me to send it back immediately. It seemed as though the drink had been colored to look like Coke rather than taste like it.

I believe TGI Fridays can do better, especially given the standard set by the service staff. It is crucial that the food and beverage quality match the level of customer service to provide a dining experience that reflects well on the brand's reputation. I hope my feedback is taken constructively and leads to improvements that will benefit all patrons in the future

DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT EAT HERE! This restaurant is nasty, the service is terrible, and when I requested to speak with the manager he never came out to speak with me. My family and I had a nice weekend in Orlando until we stopped to this place for dinner, Sunday, June 12,2022.

#1. The restroom was not clean. Dirt was all over the floor, it smelled like mildew, and no tissue was in the stalls.

#2. Our server was rude and abrupt with no people skills. She was not at all attentive to our table. First, she put in the wrong order for our appetizer. Once we got our correct appetizer she didn't come back to make sure everything was correct nor collect the appetizer plates once we were done. Therefore, when our entrees arrived we had to place the empty appetizer plates on the table next to us.

#3. The lemonade was watered down, and one of my sisters order a strawberry lemonade with no ice and she said the cup smelled like the mildew smell in the restroom. The food was horrible. My niece ordered a hamburger medium-well and it was well-done and dry when she received it. I ordered the sirloin steak medium-well and it was well over cooked. I sent if back and ordered the whiskey glazed broad. The ribs and broccoli were good. However, those glazed chicken slammers were hard and dry I was unable to eat them.

#4. Of course by now I am furious. So I politely smiled for the remainder of this terrible experience and asked another server if the manager was available for me to speak with him. The server said he is in the back washing dishes. I said I completely understand but if I could please speak with him for a few minutes. 10 to 15 minutes went by and he never came out to speak with me. So I said I will call the corporate office on Monday to make an official complaint and you guessed the phone did not ring I got an automated message that said "all circuits are busy call back later".

So since I couldn't speak with anyone I figured I'd do the next best thing make an online review. I never make reviews but this experience was too bad not to document.
My rating is HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!
