If you make a purchase, they automatically set you up for monthly withdrawals which I never wanted. When I contacted customer service, they did not refund the whole amount only a small portion. I called the same day the deduction was taken, so I didn't use any points etc. so they should have refunded all my money. BE CAREFUL when making any purchase. SAD. Really like the game but really upset.

- card type(s) (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

- any other email address(es) (other than the one used to contact us)

- if PayPal, the email address associated with the PayPal account

- exact amount(s) charged and transaction date(s)
