Has your business grown beyond capacity to run it effectively. I started a refill process on 8/28 with a call in to my dr to request the refill. They can take up to 72 hours which would bring us to at latest Thursday 9/2/16. I waited until roughly 9/7 to follow, up with you at which time I also requests thru my dr a refill on a second medication that I take. Finally connecting with a real person in your location I was told that both were sent together on 9/09 thru the USPS. It's now Friday 9/14 and no delivery and two phone messages and an email have Not been answered. Used to love you guys but am finding you more and more difficult to deal with
