I purchased because of the good reviews, but was a bit suspicious since no one have that high a % of good reviews on all their products. I made a mistake purchasing from them. In retrospect, I think they are offering people perks for writing 5 star review. Not a good product AND horrible customer service from Wasserstein Home.

Also, note they have different pricing on their website, on Amazon and Target. I ordered on Target. I received my order from Amazon AND THE PRICE WAS $2 CHEAPER there.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid doing business with them. The reviews on their website, Target and Amazon are probably solicited by them for freeby’s if you are willing to write a 5 star review.

I purchased this because of all the raving 5 star reviews.
I'm wondering how they got these reviews?

I've used morning and night for almost a month now with zero difference (other than its a good moisturizer, but I already had a good one).

Update, a brownie point for the company, they saw my review and refunded me. They sent me a message asking me to continue using it. I did, still did not work.

I purchased an LED chandelier from them. I paid an electrician $105 to install, only to discover during the install the LED's in the light fixture were defective and would not work at all.

I called the next business day and customer service said they needed to contact WAC to ask what to do. I asked for a replacement and for NY Lighting to reimburse me for the install of the defective product.

Please note, before purchasing, I asked what happens if the LEDS fail during the warrantee. I also asked if I would be reimbursed for the electrician. I was told they don't reimburse for install except for exceptions like if it fails in the first 2 weeks. LIES, LIES, LIES, just to close a sale.

A full week later I received a return label, but the customer service agent still did not know about the replacement.

A week and a half later I was told they were shipping a replacement fixture, but I would not be reimbursed AT ALL for the installation of the defective product.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

We gladly replaced the item and if there were to be an issue with the replacement we would stand behind the product. We can look at the invoice that was provided and see if we can come to a resolution.
