I placed an order with the VarietyShop on 7/20/2016 and didn't get my "confirmation email" like the order said I would receive. After 2+ weeks, I went to their Facebook page and saw they had a place for Customer Posts. Customers were complaining left and right about the same thing... everyone paid, but nobody received their order. I came back to their Facebook page a few days later and all the posts from customers were gone, not to mention that you can no longer leave any posts at all! I found an email address and complained about my order and I received a form letter saying they received a high influx of orders and are behind in processing and shipping. They refused to answer my question on when would I receive my order. I sent another email 3 days later asking where's my order and received the exact same form letter. I sent them a Private Message from Facebook and they said I would receive my order in two weeks. Two weeks from what day though? At this point, it was almost a month since I placed and paid for the clock! As of now (8/19/2016), they no longer respond to any communications. Any positive reviews about this company on the internet have the same date of 5/29 (I don't remember the year) and they seem to use the same words throughout all the "fake positive" reviews, liked it was someones job to write them all. I'm opening a dispute with my credit card company and I WARN YOU, NEVER, EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEVARIETYSHOP.CO... IT'S A SCAM! ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY (and yes, is the correct spelling of their website)... their jerks! Plus, I'm hurt because the clock I ordered was adorable and now it's not coming. Ever. :'(
