Purchased two dolls for my grandchildren for Christmas in early November. Received the products on November 15 and they were not to my liking so I returned them the exact same day. It is now December 21,2022 and still NO REFUND! I have called a handful of times to be told I have to wait 30 days to receive my credit. Well it has been more than 30 days and still no credit as of this morning, December 21st when I contacted our bank. They have no problem taking your money OUT of your account for the purchase but good luck getting it back. ONE STAR RATING from us!
