I bought one pair of boots for my daughter from Aldo store, but she complained pain to both feet after only wearing one day. I tried to return to the store at Scarborough Town Center, but was denied, both the cashier and the manager are super rude and unfriendly! Then, I started calling customer service. For two weeks, I called everyday, no body answered the phone. I finally got talking to their staff, but they requested multiple pictures of the boots and receipt, I sent all to them. 3 days later, the staff said they didn't receive the receipt and requested me to send again. The fact is I sent the pictures and receipt in one email, why they didn't receive the receipt? Anyway, I sent the receipt again, Another 3 days later, they emailed me back and told me to wait while they assess the qualification of returning. After almost 1 month of emailing back and forth, finally I got the refund. It's so exhausted and I wonder whether the money is worthy of my energy and time! Now, I find the reviews on this site, really should check the review before buying! Don't buy Aldo's products unless you want yourself angry and frustrated everyday!
