I purchased an Edgestar wine cooler, model TWR325ESS, approximately 18 months ago. During that time it would make intermittent loud noises that would only stop after the unit was unplugged and plugged back in. Three weeks ago one half of the unit quit working. The cost of replacing the control board for just half of the cooler is 87% of the original cost of the entire unit. It is virtually impossible to contact someone in customer support at Edgestar in order to discuss this issue. Save time and aggravation by not doing business with this company.
