I ordered from iHerb and got the usual emails about the order. A few days later I received an email that my order had been delivered to my front door. There was no order delivered. After spending multiple days on email with their customer service I was told that the order was delivered correctly and that I should check with the neighbors in my very suburban neighborhood. This is the most ridiculous response and at best is covering up for total incompetence or intentional fraud.
