Just got my Gravity FSX 29X5 mountain bike. Put it together in a couple hours. It's beautiful. Big 29er wheels are awesome. Larry from bikesdirect immediately addressed issue of minor nicks in finish from shipping. I'm totally happy with the purchase. Responsive customer service like this adds confidence to buying online. Also bought the Fantom Cross Uno steel frame bike from bikesdirect years ago. Never had a problem with it.
