I called on the 8th of December to cancel mebership spoke with an agent who was suppost to cancel my membership and reimburse me 29.95 with in 7 to 10 business days I checked my account on 12/21 and stilll hasnt receive it I called on 12/21 the agent tell me that the reimbursement was never submitted and I have to wait another 7 to 10 days really? Will never buy here again.
