I have used this service several times before but this time was different. They say theses a 30 day money back guarantee as they want their customers happy. Well I was unsatisfied with the response I received so I requested a refund after being charged before even rating the answer I received. They charged my account on 2/15 and then refunded me on 2/21. All was fine until the 23rd when I was balancing my account and noticed they charged my account yet again! I contacted customer service about it who escalated the issue and later received an email from a supposed Senior Customer Support Rep named Maureen who suggested several times even after a screenshot was sent to her clearly showing the mishap that I was "seeing the credit being credited back to my account". Now I believe I know my account and that amounts with a + are deposits to credits and amounts in red with a - are debits/withdraws. The amount on the 15th and the 23rd were both red and with a -. It's now been five days since I last got a rediculous response from Maureen and am taking this up with my bank and whomever else I can.
