I have never written a review before, nor have I ever felt so inclined to do so. I ordered a necklace from JJ's House for my wedding (wedding is in June) the order was placed May 2,2020. I waited until a couple days after the package was meant to arrive before I began contacting JJ's House representatives. There had been no shipping updates in a month, and the company did not know where the package was. The package has clearly been lost. After contacting the shipping company being used, I was advised to request JJ's launch an investigation into the location of my package - JJ's refuses. They have offered multiple times to launch the investigation, but they never followed through. They try to offer coupons to their store, which I will not need because I will never shop at this place ever again. They have not made any efforts to actually find my package. They have simply told me in every response to "wait patiently " for my package. They are a scam and they have no pride in their consumers. I have never dealt with a more incompetent company in my life.
