This company is AWFUL! Cancelled my membership back in October (purchased shoes in September and they didn't fit) the man was kind enough to refund me the oct "fee" however failed to mention the account wasn't actually cancelled. 2 months later, they are still charging me the monthly fee! I call in to speak with a representative and they won't refund the last 2 months because I canceled my membership moments prior to reaching a live agent via their automated system. I asked to speak with a manager. The rep claimed ALL managers were busy then hung up on me.
