My daughter talked me into going in this store for the first time. We actually had an amazing experience that day. I was very impressed with the items we got, the price, and the quality of those items. So, a few days later, decided to order some things online. Everything I added to my cart was available and I paid immediately after. Waited a little longer than I do with other companies, for my items to come in the mail. I open the box, and there were multiple items missing. I paid $8 for shipping. If I would've known that I would've went to the store. I ordered online because I wanted a few things they didn't have in my store. How do they let you pay for items then sell them to someone else later on!? Never got an email about it either. I talked to the "online chat" and they did refund me my shipping fee and the items that were missing so at least that's fair. Just disappointing to say the least.
