I just wanted to get the blueprints to my house and was not able to get them.

I'm sorry to hear that you keep on getting charged despite canceling. The account under this email address has been canceled since 2021. I've tried locating another account using your full name and was able to find one under a different email. I've checked and cannot see any cancellation request for that account. As a courtesy, I went ahead and canceled the account for you. I have also processed three refunds of $19.95. Please expect the funds to reflect in 3 to 5 business days.
