Purchased a kids kart in January 2021. Was delivered with defective seat belts and a cracked chain guard. Contacted the company and after LOTS of pestering were finally told that the parts would be covered but we would have to pay for shipping. Although confused and disappointed with that policy, we approved for the items to be shipped in early March (over a month after contacting them about defective parts). Parts have not been shipped and we have a go kart that is not useable now three months later after spending over $1600. They will not reply to emails, messages, phone calls. Completely ignored after our purchase.
BEWARE! If something is delivered broken they will make excuse and will NOT make it right. Our cart is a $1600 paperweight.
