I paid the $1.00 charge to view information on the house I currently live in and made sure I chose the cheapest option available, that would not CONTINUE charging my account. This is why I am very confused as to why this morning $44.86 was taken out of my account from NeighborWhos? I never saw anything stating I'd continue to be charged after I paid the $1.00. Truthfully I would just like to be refunded for the almost $45 that was taken out of my account without my permission and I will erase my comment/review.

We were able to locate an account that was created on 06/03/2023 with our $1.00 7-day trial. Upon further review, it appears we did not receive a request to cancel prior to the end of the trial. In that event, your account was automatically renewed to the monthly subscription of $44.86.
When signing up for our background reports, the subscription does outline that it will auto-renew until elected to cancel. You can contact us to cancel at any time, and will not be billed for your next billing cycle. We were able to cancel and refund your account for the $44.86 subscription fee.
