I rented a car thru cheapoair and the car rental place received the payment and then refused to accept my credit card and denied me a refund
I didn't cancel the car rental place cancelled. That's not right and cheapoair should help me get the refund but they said I had to get it thru routes car rental.
Because they were easy to work with but they don't take care of there customers.

Our car department did contac the rental car company to get you a refund, they denied it as the booking is non refundable, and we cannot over ride their policies. We also need to know why they would not accept your credit card that would be easier so we can address that. If you used a debit card they do not accept debit cards for payment, and that was displayed during the booking process.
