I noticed you charge extra when one of two passagers changed the return schedule. This was not known for us at the time of booking. Only hearing of it he need to do it 48 hours before scheduled flight. We would appreciate if it was emphasized at the time of booking not in the following email. Did you send the email to stipulate that.?
