Borderfree cancelled my orders after I've received a DHL tracking number.
Of course they didn't forget to charge my credit card and the refund appeared multiple days after the cancellation email (WTF?).
Customer service does not answer emails and isn't helpful when you phone them.
Why would you go with a company that treats it's customers like that?
If you cannot handle the free shipping offer you started then at least hire customer service representatives to handle your customers in a reasonable way.
Oh, and I forgot, lot's of email offers - irritating!
Bad experience. Shame on Target for dealing with them and hiding when the problems appeared. Target should have saved the day if you are asking me.
Will not order from Target and will not use Borderfree anymore.
