Tried to order a lounger and a dress. Was told if I had my card I would save shipping which is free four times a year. I called back with my card and was told my card was inactive- which I was never told. -suggested a get a new card which I did. But no free shipping on this order would get next time. Received a call today said they couldn't process my order on my new card. So I canceled the order. Such confusion, I'll pay a higher price for quality customer service. Will not order again.
