I ordered about 8 fragrance oils, received an order confirmation and that was it. Fast forward to 1 week, I have sent 5 emails, left 2 voicemails, called at different times and have not been successful in getting a response much less a follow up email letting me know my order has shipped.
I am going to dispute the charge with my bank and i want nothing to do with this company. It is very sad they have such a long catalog of fragrance oils, but no customer service to back it up. What good does having a supplier with an extensive line do for you if you cannot get your product for weeks?
