I reached out to this company and never got a response, I wanted a tracking number which I didn't get, either. BUT, ny order DID arrive. In plastic bottles, not what I had expected, very faint scent and not too good, but works OK in an oil diffuser. Definitely not good for anything else. They don't smell like the perfumes they claim to smell like, so, don't expect that. My package came from Idaho or Utah, NOT New Jersey, I think this company may be shutting down, or the original company IS shut down... their website hasn't been updated since like 2015.
