I walked into the Shane Co yesterday in Minnetonka, MN and was looking for a particular ring. I had purchased one from there but wasn't completely happy with the way it looked on my hand. Dana LeFavor was their to greet me with a warm smile and completely went above and beyond to help me. Dana didn't just agree with me to appease me, she was honest and I could tell TRULY cared about finding the perfect ring for me. She took her time, was very knowledgeable, not pushy and I felt like I was the only one in the store.
