I received my order and my lotion was watery, when I went to use it, it spelled all over the place and the scent was gone and it smelled old. I try calling Perfume.com and was told calls were not being taken and to email. I sent several emails and finally got and and answer of what to do with the lotion. I sent the lotion back today and hoping to get a refund for the terrible product I received.
I called several times and kept getting a message that there was no one available to take my call. Then I started email your support department and I didn't receive a response within 24 hours so I sent several emails until I got a response.
