Only gave 1 star cause there's not a negative. Spent 9 hours on the phone with them, only to find out the next am my computer wouldn't go online, called them spent 2 more hours trying to understand the tech, finally gave up still not couldn't get connected, worked on it myself, found where a tech had clicked a box that was blocking my internet connection, computer runs MUCH slower now, sooo glad I didn't purchase the $520.00 package that the tech kept trying to get me to purchase. Needlless to say... VERY DISSATISFIED...

We regret that our service didn’t work out for Ms. April Baker. We, at OmniTech Support, first carefully investigate the issue details and always respond with the outcome of that investigation thoroughly carried out by our process audit team. We take the customers’ complaint (valid and legitimate one) as a valuable feedback regarding our services and try to utilize those in our process to serve our customer better.

Ms. April Baker contacted us on June 20,2014 with an issue “Fake call” and signed up with us for One Time Fix by paying $149.99. The issue was Resolved & Confirmed.

Tech 261: You contacted us with issue with removing errors and infections from your computer and we have resolved the issue. Kindly confirm if the issue has been resolved. Please answer with a Yes or a No.
April Baker: yes
Tech 261: Thank you for the confirmation.
Tech 261: We have now cleaned the infections in your computer and have repaired the corrupted files. However, please understand that your contact details are already with someone and they might continue to call you. However, henceforth for any issue that you might encounter, you can immediately get in touch with us.

The duration of issue resolution depends on the complexity of the issue and the Stability of the Internet connection. In her case her Internet connection was not stable. That’s one reason why so much time was taken. The connectivity issue was not with her computer, it was with her Internet connection. We cannot chat with customers or have remote access without a stable Internet connection on the customer’s end.

On June Ms. April Baker contacted us again for a different issue “Internet is not working”, but the issue was not fixed as there was no Internet Connection from her end. We followed up but she never get back to us.

In spite of spending a great deal of time on her issues, we have refunded the full amount, even though we fixed the issues. We have addressed Ms. April Baker’s concerns and hope he is satisfied with our response and the full refund.

Our process is very transparent and our policy & price are unmatchable by others. We always want our valuable customers to be fully delighted with the service and value they get from us.

We are a BBB Accredited business since 07/11/2006. If a business has been accredited by the BBB with A+, it means BBB has determined that the business meets accreditation standards which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints. That we always do..
