I ordered for the 1st time last week (and paid extra shipping to get it to me in 6 days). I got the beautiful swimsuit yesterday. The quality is awesome, I will give them that. As soon as I tried it on, I knew the size was way off. The Cups in the swimsuit were HUGE. I thought no problem, I will just contact them and either have them send me a return shipping label, or give me in-store credit for me to buy another swim suit that fits. I was already on their website shopping for a new one, while I was waiting for the shipping label response. I finally got JOKE response of them telling me they would not let me return it, or refund me for the swim suit because the swim suit was on sale and it was against their "policy" to refund sale or clearance items from their company. ARE YOU F-ING KIDDING ME? Horrible way to run a business, and you just lost my business along with any of my friends' business as well. Now I am stuck with a swimsuit I will never wear, out $30, and pretty upset about it. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE. IF YOU DON'T GET YOUR SPOT-ON SIZE THE 1ST TIME, YOU WILL HAVE TO KEEP YOUR SUIT ANYWAY, THEY WON'T REFUND OR TAKE IT BACK. --AP
