Ordered a dress and shawl to match in sale. Immediately recieved email stating stock was out but could I wait. I did wait. Eventually after a number of emails from me to them they posted the dress... late. The tracking information was not recognised by delivering company. I could see many other customers emails popping up on my feed... no privacy or security there. Thenter told the shawl is out of stock... but is still on sale on site with no indication that it's not available. I pointed this out and told actual and virtual stock are 2 different things. They have my money... I don't have the product and they're offering it to sell to more customers?
