Still haven't received my parts, no one has called me back after leaving countless voice mails. I finally decided to cancel my order and was told it will take 7-10 days to receive a refund on my parts that they never even shipped out. I just bout the same product from summit racing. It should arrive this Wednesday. DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM GROUND UP

Hello Anthony,

First and foremost, we would like to apologize for not keeping you as updated as you would have liked regarding this order. We are trying our absolute best to keep all our customers as current as possible, but this is difficult due to the scarcity of products at our vendor's warehouses and their inability to source, manufacture, and deliver products in a timely fashion.

When requested, we did provide information that was available, directly from the manufacturer, including once in June, twice in July, once in August, and twice in September.

On 9/11, we initiated a full refund for the products and shipping charges, per your request. Although the refund was initiated on our end, it may take 7-10 days for the card issuer to apply those funds to your account.

We hope this sheds some light on why it is difficult to provide accurate updates. We understand and share your frustration. We hope that our performance during this time does not reflect our overall performance and that you will one day consider shopping with us again.

I ordered a brake conversion kit, along with some smaller items(key, ignition etc) on June 8th... I was told 10 days later that I had to wait another 14 days for them to send the products. I called after the waiting period and was told the item is now on back order and it will be sent out on July 14th. I could have spent my money somewhere else and got it a whole lot quicker. I definitely will not spend another dime with Ground Up... NO this product wasn't covered under free shipping, nor did they offer any incentive for the hassle.

Hello Anthony,

We're sorry you're experiencing this difficulty with your order. Unfortunately, during these trying times, we are at the mercy of our supplier on items not in stock at our warehouse. Most of these items are being built to order due to severe disruptions in our industry's supply chain while businesses deal with the aftermath of government-mandated shutdowns. While we are more than happy to request updates from these suppliers, some do not have the staffing necessary to provide precise time frames.

On the bright side, the items that were in stock at our warehouse were shipped in under 24-hours of when the order was placed.

We understand your frustration, but kindly ask you to reevaluate your review. We will continue to work our hardest every day to expedite this for you and will do our best to keep you as updated as possible.
