I was sent in my personal email a coupon for 50% off first t rides and LYFT refuses to honor coupon. I have sent over 5 emails and they claim the most I can receive is $10 off first ride. The hook you in and then deny what they promised.
I was sent in my personal email a coupon for 50% off first t rides and LYFT refuses to honor coupon. I have sent over 5 emails and they claim the most I can receive is $10 off first ride. They hook you in and then deny what they promised. I attached a screenshot of what I received yet they repeatedly tell me it doesn't say 50% off first 5 rides and YES I never used them before, therefore, I am eligible for 50%. Terrible Service!
