I received a damaged item, and they refused to refund. Extremely unsatisfied. Vitacost is a better company.

Tip for consumers:
Not a good company to do business with if you have an issue. They refuse returns!

New Chapter customer service is unbelievable and unprofessional!

The young lady who answers the main New Chapter customer service number is a terrible representation and first impression for the company. Extremely rude!

Although New Chapter has good products, customers need to realize there is zero customer service should you ever need help from the company.
