I WAS a loyal Belif customer for years and now thats over. I placed an order on 12/18/22 (yeah, LAST YEAR) for their Holly Jolly Hydration Set and a Free Stress Shooter Cica Bomb that was free via promotion. I'm having a HORRIBLE eczema flare up and the only thing that ever works in the winter is their face cream for my eczema. I've been suffering with this for almost a month now.
On 12/21/22, I recieved an email (which is the worst customer service method I've ever seen. It's unacceptable when a customer has no ability to reach a company for immediate response via phone). That my order was on the way. They sent me a tracking number. Great! The tracking number said it needed time to update. When it updated, it said it wouldnt arrive until the Thurs after Christmas (12/29). Okay, I get it, it's right before the Holiday, no big deal, I thought.
12/29, I get an email that it was out for delivery (I didn't check my email 12/29, the Holidays were hectic, and really, do you have to tell me both that it's out for delivery and delivered?) so, I got 2 emails that day, unbeknownst to me, the other saying the package was delivered. Still hadnt checked my email... until New Years Eve.
It occurs to me 12/31/22... where's my package? Ask my s/o, thinking it arrived, and put somewhere I didn't get it. NOPE! NO package. You GOTTA be kidding me. I looked at the tracking details...a 16lb package it said. I'm like noooo...We didn't have anything delivered like that here, so it's not even like we got the wrong order. NO ORDER showed up at my house. So, whoever is missing a 16lb Belif package, I feel for you and am mad for you haha!
So, I email their customer service...JANUARY 1ST. Got an auto response that it should take 3-4 days for them to respond. Most places it's 48 hours With Holidays having them jammed up, their site even says 2-3 for a response. Whats today? The end of the day on THE TENTH. Its 1/10/23 and I haven't heard SQUAT. Now, I'm having to try products MID FLARE UP because Belif doesn't give a rats behind about customer service. So, someone's got my package somewhere, someone with a huge order is missing theirs and I'm out my money. You best "Belif" I'm contacting the BBB and letting everyone I know, know. Unreal. I've never complained about a company before in my life, but this is outrageously unacceptable.
