I'd have to agree with "Gabrielle B's" review.
But first - I would apologize for this length however, I won't. I'm so very sick & tired of fake reviews that create a false analysis & present skewed data resulting in a forged opinion of almost every product or service we spend money on. I'm even MORE DISGUSTED however, by written reviews from people who don't deserve to write a review in the first place. (You'll need to follow along with me here to understand what that means) …
Second, My disclosure: I was in no way, form, or manner asked to or compensated for writing this review, nor am I in anyway otherwise associated with FreeShipping.com.(In fact, you're forced to "certify" this before posting a review). Just a normal, middle-age, working, living, breathing, simple human being.
‼This review will offend you if, 1 You are not particularly "technicality literate". In that case, I DO offer my apology in advance; you're just getting a free mini-lesson for future internet surfing; especially if you're making purchases. HOWEVER - you still cannot use "technically illiterate" as an excuse for not reading the fine print, or simply not reading/listening/viewing at all. (Because FreeShipping.com does clearly state & inform of its services; even courteously going so far as offering an accessible video to watch/listen to).
Or 2 You will go to your grave ‍ denying it but - you really are an individual who tries to get something for nothing. You play the stealthy "I didn't know" game when in reality, you really did know what you were doing or getting into (or had an "idea of" what was going on) but, you justify your actions because you intentionally didn't read the fine print. Or, you did but figured "no one will know", so you can play stupid when you get the charge to your card or account for services that were clearly stated you'd be charged for, hoping you'd still get away with getting that "10% CashBack", as if it were a charity service or, just a free service giving you free money for doing absolutely nothing. (Shame on you - your actions are the actions that ruin it for people who do right or really are deserving of the generosity of others [which can be anything but in this case - true reviews to make an informed decision.])
For an individual who makes frequent purchases online, or especially one who purchases for a family, I can see this being very valuablefor sure! And I did a little math - it can add up quickly - definitely paying for itself MANY times over. But I don't really do enough online-buying to make it worth while for me. NOTE - I could only come to that conclusion by taking a moment to Stop, Look, Listen. Don't believe (as it is obvious many 1 & 2 "reviewers" did) your getting, or think your going to get away with getting, "something for nothing". Seriously!?

Stop for a moment before clicking ANYTHING on ANY site because (first clue Watson!) if you look closely at the FreeShipping.com link you clicked on you will see "FreeShipping" & then ". COM" in tiny font making it obvious your browser is going to take you to a different URL.

If you missed that part then, (and I may need to again apologize because, well - if you are able to use the internet or surf the Web in any way - I confidently assumed the recommendations that follow were just - common sense?), anytime a new page opens - ask yourself "was I expecting that to happen"?, or look at the web address, look at the page that opens, scroll to see what's on that page, read (even fine print) what's on that page, does it look or read like anything on the prior site? You can also check your browser "tabs" (YES! Even on a mobile site - all can do this!) I see if you've actually navigated away for the original site. Etc, etc.

If at any time you even "think" you're not where you were or thought you were going; GO BACK, start over, close the page, or close your browser altogether & start from the beginning. (If you're seeing the FreeShipping.com link then your purchase has already been made so you can always go to your order!). In this case, you even get the accessible courtesy of watching the video, listening to what is said. If all else fails - listen to your gut, and if what you see/hear appears in ANY way sketchy then - shut it down, leave the page, close your browser,
OR - Do some research for goodness sake.

‼YES‼ - I clicked the FreeShipping(. Com) link from the merchants' purchase-confirmation page‼
‼Yes‼ - they are good marketers, or have great advertisers; at first glance I thought it was related to the merchant.

But -
Come on! - just like the grocers SALE‼ signs or, BOGO offers at the shoe store or, Rewards from Kohl's or Walgreens or, Points at Ulta or on my credit card purchases - you get lured in one way or another! I don't see anywhere in which FreeShipping.com does anything that any other brick-and-mortar, small business owner, or online merchant wouldn't do. That's what advertising & marketing does!

SEEING that it took me to a completely different URL, I read some information on the page. It was quite obvious it had nothing to do with the merchant I made my purchase from but, as most would be - I was intrigued. So, I read on, watched the video, and did a little research. If I made more purchases online this would be a great deal. But, I don't do enough so I didn't enter anymore information and I left the page. All in all this is really kinda brilliant - and I can see that this has the potential to be a great way to save and for retailers to retain customers. And, if you keep track of receipts (like for taxes) or orders like many people do, you can earn some real coin. If my shopping habits change in the future I will definitely keep this service in mind!

Tip for consumers:
Stop, look, listen and read.

Products used:
Through a merchant online purchase.
