My son ordered filament May 16,2017. Today, 8/15/17 still no filament. Kept getting excuses 1 of the colors wasn't in stock, and what they had gotten wasn't top quality, so they had sent it back. Finally on 7/10 requested a refund. They advised we would need to buy something on my card, so they could put it back on the card, or they would send a company check, which would take 7-10 business days. On July 28, we just requested they send a check. No response, and still have not received a check. Don't really see how they stay in business if they do this a lot, which looking at the reviews, they do! Never again!
