It took a month from the time of inputting my order to the delivery of my hand sanitizer. By the time it arrived, the local stores had plenty hand sanitizer in stock, and we didn't need the order. But there was no way of cancelling as all orders were stated as 'final'. Meanwhile, Bulk Apothecary had started sending marketing emails out to me, explaining they were keen to expand their business and encouraging their customers to buy other products they make. Since I was still awaiting my first order from them, this made me pretty upset that they seemingly had time to produce and market other products, whilst having no time to ship the first order to a new customer. I would rather that the delivery had been more timely and then I might have considered their other offerings. I am afraid their priorities are wrong and i don't intend to order again from them.
