I have ordered a dress and had the same experience as many others, to small. I have tried to send in tickets to which I didn't receive a reply. Hence I returned the package to the address mentioned on the package, where it has been received. No response whatever. Trying to find a means of contact other than via tickets, is impossible. Through this site they contacted me and refunded my money. Still i will not order there again
