I've ordered from this site multiple times and I've been happy every single time, I had to order their slippers twice because the sizing on them was quite small. I'm usually a 8/9 and I had to get a size 11 but it's fine, they are beautiful and well made. Anyways, they had a new slipper/sandal come out that was similar so I ordered right away but when I received the monogram wasn't legible at all and I just wasn't happy with them. I emailed them, they were so nice, I knew their return policy was to pay for return shipping so I didn't really want to deal with all that. She asked for photos, I showed the slippers I love next to the new slipper/sandals and then I didn't hear from them for a day so I decided to give them to a friend who doesn't have much. Well, the next day (today) I get an email saying how sorry they are and it's a manufacturer issue and they have processed a refund and included a return label and a 40% off coupon! I immediately explained I gave them away when I didn't hear back right away and I could get them back if I had to or I could send the money back etc. well I get a quick response saying to go ahead and keep the refund and let my friend keep the shoes (they said they'd never want me to have to ask my friend to give back a gifted item) I seriously was almost in tears at the generosity and amazing customer service! The person I spoke with was Kyeria M. (I don't want to give her full name for safety reasons) but seriously I will stay loyal to this company because of that customer service and because I love the items I've got from them. Thank you Honeybum! You guys take great care of your customers!
