A review company with a 1.5 star rating on trust pilot is hilarious. How ironic! Anyway my experience was that I posted a review of my former estate agency, giving them 2 stars which wasn't particularly controversial, I just shared my experiences saying I found them rude, they didn't give 24hours notice before viewings and the flat wasn't cleaned as promised prior to moving in and it didn't appear on their website. As we were four sharers my flatmates tried posting too, just in case they were censoring comments, each time saying less and less, till finally my last and fourth flat mate just wrote, personally not a great experience. And guess what no review showed up? We then noticed that our old agency only had 5 star reviews! When we looked at other reviews about other agencies we noticed people said far worse things than us and their reviews were allowed. Which then made us think that if an agency pays them money they can control their reviews hence their free, silver and gold package. Surely that is a conflict of interests isn't it, as its not independent and instead works and charges agencies like in our case where we weren't allowed to post anything remotely negative and below 5 stars otherwise it doesn't get posted! I will stick to Google next time!
