Ordered a steering rack and pinion from them end of September 2022 and exactly a year later we noticed something was off but unfortunately didn't get to diagnose properly right away for several reasons (too long to explain) but do they care? Nope! Didn't even offer a discount on a replacement part, nothing, Also their chat agent Kelvin has the most condescending attitude written all other him/her. No customer service skills. Cold and unwelcoming. Very unsatisfied with a whole process.
