***SEATING MIND IS A BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM COMPANY**** Beware and read all of the 1 and 2 star reviews customers have given. They have finally responded to some BBB reviews, but none appear to have been resolved.
After ordering our chairs for our office in 2018, it took Seating Mind THREE months to ship, and once they finally did ship, it took them another month to deliver. Once our order was delivered, the chairs arrived scratched up, broken, with loose or cracked arms. When we asked for new arms, they repeatedly sent us the wrong replacement arms, and finally just flat out stopped responding to our emails. When we would [occasionally] get email responses from "Customer Service", it would be in one word answers, and would refuse to answer questions/help. No one picks up phones. Often they would have an automatic reply email saying they were out for 3 weeks for unheard of holidays. Several times they asked for uploaded to YouTube video proof of our broken chairs (a picture wouldn't suffice?), and once that was uploaded, they still don't fix their wrong and ship out replacements! I think they just figure if they run you around enough you'll eventually tire and stop trying to get in touch with them. Best advice is to put in a claim to your credit card company - that is the best way to get a refund, rather than trying to deal with their nonexistent customer service. But before all that - save yourself the headache and don't order from Seating mind! BEWARE!
